Assistant Professor

Prof. Adity is an academician and researcher in Computer Science and Engineering with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Medical Image Processing.She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru, where she is actively involved in teaching, research, and academic administration for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

She holds an M.E. (M.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala, with a CGPA of 7.5. She also earned her B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Chitkara University, Rajpura, with a distinguished CGPA of 9.2.

Prof. Adity has a strong foundational background in academic research and industry experience, having served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology and a Market Research Analyst at Finlatics.

Their research contributions focus heavily on advanced Deep Learning architectures, including engineering heterogeneous CNN-Transformer ensembles and transfer learning models for musculoskeletal abnormality detection and medical image interpretation. They have authored a conference paper showcasing a progressive deep learning framework that achieved state-of-the-art benchmarks on the MURA dataset.

Prof. Adity is highly proficient in key programming paradigms and frameworks including Python, C/C++, Data Structures, TensorFlow, OpenCV, Scikit-learn, and PowerBI. Additionally, she have completed professional certifications from Walmart USA (Advanced Software Engineering), Tata (Data Visualization), Cisco (Cybersecurity), and Finlatics (Market Research).
