Mr. Ajay Singh Jangal
Assistant Professor
Mr. Ajay Singh Jangal is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the School of Engineering, Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru. He completed his Master of Science in Mathematics from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Kurukshetra, Haryana, and his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
His research interests include Applied Numerical Analysis, Finite Difference Methods (FDM), and Summation-by-Parts (SBP) operators for the numerical solution of Partial Differential Equations (PDEs). His Master’s project, titled “Summation by Part Operators for First and Second Order Derivatives,” at NIT Kurukshetra. He has worked on Python-based numerical modeling projects and completed NPTEL courses in Data Analytics with Python, Dynamical Systems and Control, and Number Theory.
