Mr. Akshay Ladha is a technology professional and faculty member in the areas of Computer Science, Data Science, Cloud Computing, and Artificial Intelligence. He is actively involved in teaching, student mentoring, technical learning, and the application of modern computing technologies to practical and real-world problems. His academic and professional interests combine cloud technologies, machine learning, data analytics, and DevOps practices.
He holds an M.Tech. in Cloud Computing from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, with a CGPA of 8.66, and a B.Tech. in Information Technology from Government Engineering College, Ajmer, Rajasthan, with a CGPA of 7.99. His academic background has provided him with a strong foundation in computer science, cloud computing, programming, machine learning, and data-driven technologies.
His technical expertise includes Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Data Preprocessing, Exploratory Data Analysis, Feature Engineering, Data Visualization, AWS cloud services, ML model deployment, and scalable data pipelines. He also has practical exposure to DevOps and cloud-native technologies including Git, Jenkins, Docker, CI/CD, Linux, and AWS services such as S3, EC2, Lambda, SageMaker, and CloudWatch.
His professional experience includes work in Machine Learning and Cloud Engineering, Data Science, Product and Cloud Services, and DevOps. He has contributed to machine learning model development, data cleaning and exploratory analysis, predictive analytics, cloud-native solutions, deployment automation, CI/CD pipelines, containerized applications, and troubleshooting of deployment workflows.
His academic and technical project work includes an AI-assisted airline customer support system using Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, LSTM, Flask, and AWS; an end-to-end heart disease prediction pipeline using AWS S3, Glue, Lambda, SageMaker, and CloudWatch; a cancer prediction model using machine learning; and a used-car price prediction model using regression techniques. These projects reflect his interest in developing scalable, data-driven, and cloud-enabled intelligent systems.
His areas of academic and professional interest include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, MLOps, DevOps, scalable data pipelines, and cloud-based application deployment.
