Dr. Arup Kumar Maity
Assistant Professor
Dr. Arup Kumar Maity is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics, School of Engineering, Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru, India. He earned his Ph.D. from the School of Mathematics at the Harish-Chandra Research Institute (HRI), Prayagraj, where he conducted research in Fourier Analysis. Following his doctoral studies, he completed postdoctoral research at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Mohali and the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar. He served as a Temporary Faculty member at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Sikkim. Dr. Maity’s research interests lie in Fourier Analysis, with a particular emphasis on Fourier multiplier theory and its applications. His work has contributed to the advancement of harmonic analysis through publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals. He has authored six research articles and actively contributes to the academic community by serving as a reviewer for several international mathematics journals.
