Avinash Kumar Jha is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru, India. He completed his MTech in Computer Science and Engineering from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology (NIT), Jalandhar, Punjab and earned his BTech in Information Technology from Dr. B. C. Roy Engineering College, Durgapur, West Bengal. His academic and research interests include Computer Networks, IoT Security, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Structure & Algorithms and Web Technologies. He is passionate about teaching, research, and guiding students toward innovation and practical learning in emerging technologies.
His research interests include Internet of Things (IoT) Security, Lightweight Cryptography, Secure Communication Protocols, Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence and Network Security. He is particularly focused on developing secure and efficient frameworks for resource-constrained IoT environments. Along with research, his core teaching subjects include Computer Networks, Operating Systems, Theory of Computation, Compiler Design, Data Structures and Algorithms, Cyber Security, and Web Technologies. Last but not the least, he has published a research paper in an International conference proceedings by Springer Nature(SCOPUS indexed), contributing to advancements in the field of Computer Science and Engineering.
