Assistant Professor & B.Com Program Manager

She is presently serving as an Associate Professor, Research Supervisor, and GLANCE – Current Affairs Club Coordinator at the School of Commerce and Management Studies, Dayananda Sagar University, Bangalore. She holds a Ph.D. in Commerce, along with M.Com (Finance), M.Phil. (Finance), an MBA in Financial Management, and is UGC NET qualified in Commerce. With 21 years of extensive experience in academia, she specializes in Accounting and Finance. She is currently guiding 6 Ph.D. scholars and has successfully supervised 2 Ph.D. scholars. She also holds additional responsibilities, including coordinating the Integrated Certification Program and serving as a project guide for UG and PG programs.

Recognized for her notable contributions to education, she was honoured with the Nation Builder Award – 2022. She has authored research papers in peer-reviewed journals, including those indexed in Scopus, and has contributed to the development of three textbooks for B.Com and BBA programs.She has presented numerous research papers at national and international conferences and has been invited as a session chair for various international conferences. Additionally, she has served as a resource person for FDPs and webinars and has actively participated in several national and international conferences and workshops focusing on commerce, finance, and research methodologies.
