Dr. Kesavamoorthy R. is an Innovation Strategist and Startup Ecosystem Builder with 16+ years of experience in academia, research, administration and entrepreneurship.

Over the years, He has built an end-to-end innovation pipeline that has enabled the creation of 14 Private Limited startups, 8 DPIIT-recognized ventures, and more than ₹1.2 Crore in funding from MSME, UBA, DST, IEEE and other agencies. His passion lies in helping young innovators turn ideas into scalable solutions. I have mentored teams that won national competitions, including SIH, MSME Idea Hackathon, FKCCI Manthan, etc. His academic contributions include 32 research publications, 57 patents filed, guiding research scholars, innovative experiential teaching models, and strong leadership in accreditation, NIRF Innovation, and curriculum development. As a Founder & Director of Metaheuristic Corporate India Pvt. Ltd., He actively works on deep-tech product development and supports early-stage innovators in building market-ready solutions.
