Mr. Lokesha M is an Assistant Professor of Kannada in the Department of Humanities at Dayananda Sagar University. He holds a Master's Degree in Kannada (M.A) and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Diploma in Hindi, and has qualified the UGC-NET (Kannada) examination. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Kannada at Kannada University, Hampi.

With over 18 years of teaching experience in various educational institutions across Bengaluru. He is committed to promoting academic excellence through innovative teaching practices, research, and student-centred learning. During his academic career, and was honoured with the Best Teaching Faculty Award in 2014 for his outstanding contribution to teaching. He has published articles and research papers in several journals.
