Mr. Manas Kumar Manna is an Assistant Professor with a strong academic background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Data Science. His Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence is from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Hamirpur, and he completed his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering with a specialization in Data Science from MCKV Institute of Engineering, Howrah, affiliated with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), West Bengal. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Neural Machine Translation, and Data Analytics. His M.Tech thesis focused on homograph-aware parameter-efficient neural machine translation for low-resource Indic-English translation, where he developed a sense-aware translation framework using IndicTrans2 and evaluated its performance on Bengali-English, Hindi-English, and Marathi-English language pairs using standard machine translation metrics. He has also gained practical exposure through internships and projects in machine learning, data analytics, and artificial intelligence, and is committed to delivering quality education while promoting research, innovation, and industry-oriented learning among students.
