Dr. Meghana R. Solanki is an Assistant Professor in the Cyber Security Computer Science & Engineering at Dayananda Sagar University. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering with specialization in Network Forensics, DDoS Attack Analysis, and Cybersecurity. She has over 15 years of academic, research, and industry experience in engineering education, research, and software industry domains. Her research interests primarily focus on Network Forensics, Intrusion Detection Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Cybersecurity, and DDoS Attack Investigation.
Primarily, her work revolves around intelligent attack pattern discovery, forensic evidence collection, and analysis of distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks using hybrid deep learning and reinforcement learning approaches. Her doctoral research titled “Attack Pattern Discovery, Analysis for Evidence Collection and Network Forensics Investigation” focuses on advanced forensic frameworks for protocol and application-level attack analysis. She has actively contributed to research involving Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI), Deep Q-Networks, GRU-LSTM based attack analysis, and intelligent cybersecurity systems.
Her areas of expertise include Network Forensics, Cybersecurity Analytics, Intrusion Detection Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Data Mining, Python Programming, Information Security, and Machine Learning based cyber defense systems. She is also interested in exploring advanced AI-driven approaches for digital forensics, cyber threat intelligence, and secure computing infrastructures.
