Sharpening Managerial Judgement Through the Case Method

The School of Commerce & Management Studies, Dayananda Sagar University, is pleased to announce a virtual session with the Bangalore Management Association (BMA) on how the case method can sharpen managerial judgement and bridge management education with real-world industry challenges.

The session, led by Capt. A. Nagaraj Subbarao, PhD, Dean – Executive Education, will draw powerful parallels from the cricket pitch to explore leadership, organisational culture, teamwork, conflict and decision-making through real-life situations.

A special case illustration will be the AIMA–ICRC 2024 case study on Greg Chappell and the Indian cricket team, offering deeper insights into leadership, culture, conflict and the far-reaching consequences of managerial decisions.
