Assistant Professor

Dr. Nila B is an academic and researcher with expertise in Operations Research. She earned her Ph.D. in Mathematics from the National Institute of Technology Warangal, where her doctoral research focused on modelling logistics management problems under uncertainty. She also holds an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Mathematics

Following her Ph.D., she worked as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) on an industry-collaborative project involving mathematical modelling of agricultural supply chains.

Her research interests include Operations Research, Mathematical Optimization, Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM), Decision-Making under Uncertainty, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Sustainable Logistics, and Resilient Supply Chain Systems. Her work has resulted in publications in SCI and Scopus-indexed journals, covering areas such as sustainable logistics, city logistics, reverse logistics, and Logistics 4.0.

She has presented her work and participated in national and international conferences, workshops, and academic programs, fostering continued academic and professional engagement in her areas of expertise.
