Assistant Professor

I completed my M. Tech in Data Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, and holds an MCA from Jadavpur University and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Calcutta. With a strong academic foundation spanning data science, artificial intelligence, and applied mathematics, I tend to bring a multidisciplinary perspective to both teaching and research.

My research focuses on machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision, with particular emphasis on medical image analysis. I have contributed to advanced research on segmentation models that integrate convolutional neural networks and transformer-based architectures, achieving significant performance on benchmark datasets. My academic contributions include a Scopus-indexed publication titled “Breast Cancer Classification Using Deep Neural Networks Technique”, which I presented at ICMLDE-2024, and multiple manuscripts under review in reputed international journals.

I envision leveraging data science and artificial intelligence to address complex real-world challenges and contribute to impactful technological advancements. I am passionate about guiding students to become skilled professionals and forward-thinking researchers, empowering them to innovate and excel in an ever-evolving technological landscape.
