Rishav Barnwal is an aspiring academician and technology professional with interests in Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Software Development. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru.

He holds an M.Tech in Data Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Lovely Professional University. His academic interests focus on machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, generative AI, and the development of intelligent systems for solving real-world problems.

Rishav has also gained industry experience through his internship at Amazon MGM Studios, where he worked on a Generative AI-powered video compilation platform designed to automate content discovery, intelligent ranking, and video generation. His work involved building scalable AI-driven workflows using large language models, embeddings, APIs, and cloud-based services.

His technical expertise includes C++, Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and AWS cloud services. With a blend of academic knowledge and industry experience, he is interested in contributing to applied AI research, intelligent systems, and industry-oriented teaching while helping students develop strong practical and problem-solving skills.
