Dr. Santosh Kumar S holds a Ph.D. in Finance and has strong academic credentials, including M.Com, MBA (Finance & Marketing), and M.Phil. He has been in the teaching profession since 2007, with nearly 19 years of experience in higher education. His research focuses on factors governing international financial integration, particularly with reference to BRICS nations, and his areas of interest include Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, and General Management He has actively contributed to academia through presentations at various national and international conferences and has authored several research publications, including papers in Scopus- and ABDC-indexed journals. He has also undertaken academic roles such as rapporteur and moderator in conferences and has been involved in various academic engagements.He has received several recognitions and awards, including the Best Teacher Award, appreciation for achieving 100% academic results, and professional recognitions such as NPTEL Believer and NPTEL Discipline Star. He was also awarded a Bronze Medal at the ICAI International Research Awards 2024 for his research contribution. Currently, he is serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Commerce and Management Studies, Dayananda Sagar University, where he continues to contribute to teaching, research, and academic development.
