Prof. Veera Shireesha Sangu

Prof. Veera Shireesha Sangu is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Management and holds a PGDM with dual specializations in Human Resource Management and Marketing. She has further strengthened her academic profile through a Faculty Development Programme at IIM Indore and is also pursuing a Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics.

She brings over seven years of industry experience as a Human Resource Executive, along with more than four years of teaching experience in higher education. Her teaching spans across Human Resource Management, Marketing, and Business Analytics, covering subjects such as Human Resource Development, Talent Management, Organizational Behavior, Consumer Behavior, Services Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Data Visualization, Predictive Analytics, and Business Research Methods.

Prof. Shireesha has authored and co-authored several research papers published in journals and conferences. She has actively participated in workshops on statistical and data visualization tools. Her research interests include Talent Management, Branding, Future of Work, and Employee Experience. She has also been granted a patent for her work titled “Industry 5.0: The Human-Tech Revolution – Solutions, Challenges, and Automation for Industry in Society.”
