Assistant Professor

Dr. Shruthi M. P. is an accomplished academician currently serving as an Assistant Professor, with a strong academic foundation in Finance and Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance along with an MBA, M.Com, and B.Com. She has over seven years of teaching experience and four years of research expertise, with her academic focus centered on Finance and General Management. Her research contributions include several publications in areas such as mutual fund performance, risk-return analysis, capital asset pricing models, ESG performance, and financial inclusion through artificial intelligence. She has also presented research papers at various conferences on topics including mutual funds, consumer behaviour, and online decision-making. She has been recognized for her academic excellence with the Best Paper Award for her work on sustainable banking initiatives.

Dr. Shruthi teaches a wide range of subjects, including Quantitative Techniques, Operations Research, Business Communication, Production and Operations Management, Business Statistics, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, and Corporate Finance, reflecting her versatility and commitment to comprehensive business education.
