Assistant Professor

Mr.Soram Wanglen is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Dayananda Sagar University, with a strong academic and research focus in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. He completed his B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from SVCET,Andhra Pradesh and his M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from PES University,Karnataka.

He brings a balanced blend of industry and academic experience, with 2 years in industry and 2.6 years in academia. Professionally, he has worked with Infineon Technologies Pvt Ltd (product-based company) and Gyansys Infotech (service-based company). Prior to joining Dayananda Sagar University, he served at Marwadi University, contributing to teaching and research activities.

His research interests include Computer Vision, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Transfer Learning. He has published two IEEE conference papers, with two additional research papers currently under publication, and has contributed two book chapters published by IGI Global.

With a passion for applied AI research and interdisciplinary innovation,Mr. Soram Wanglen actively works toward developing impactful AI-driven solutions and contributing to high-quality academic research.
