Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs):

After a few years of graduation, the graduates of the B.Sc (Cyber Security) programme will be able to:

  • PEO1: Excel as cybersecurity professionals capable of identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cyber threats using industry-relevant tools and technologies.
  • PEO2: Contribute effectively to organizational security frameworks by implementing secure systems, policies, and risk management strategies.
  • PEO3: Pursue higher education, professional certifications, and continuous skill development to adapt to evolving cybersecurity challenges and emerging technologies.

Programme Specific Outcomes (PSOs):

On successful completion of the programme, graduates will be able to:

  • PSO1: Demonstrate proficiency in cryptography, network security, ethical hacking, digital forensics, and secure system design.
  • PSO2: Identify vulnerabilities, perform penetration testing, and implement security controls to protect information assets.
  • PSO3: Apply cyber laws, ethical standards, and regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance and responsible cybersecurity practices.

  • PO 1 – Disciplinary Knowledge - Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity principles, including cryptography, network security, ethical hacking, digital forensics, risk management, and secure system design, forming the foundation of the B.Sc (Cyber Security) programme.
