B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at DSU, Bangalore

Shaping the Future with AI-First Education At CSE, we blend Artificial Intelligence with Human Intelligence to nurture innovative thinkers, skilled professionals, researchers, and entrepreneurs. Through experiential learning, cutting-edge technologies, research, and industry collaboration, we empower students to solve real-world challenges and create meaningful impact.

Program Overview

The Department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) at Dayananda Sagar University is committed to developing AI-First engineers, technology leaders, entrepreneurs, and researchers who will shape the future of intelligent systems. Guided by DSU's AI² Philosophy – Artificial Intelligence × Human Intelligence, the program is founded on the principle of Authentic Intelligence, where AI is complemented by human creativity, critical thinking, ethics, leadership, and purpose. The AI-First Curriculum integrates Artificial Intelligence across every stage of learning, enabling students to master emerging technologies including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Data Science, Cloud Computing, IoT, Embedded Systems, Cybersecurity, High-Performance Computing, CUDA Programming, GPU Computing, Digital Twins, Robotics, and AR/VR/XR through experiential learning and interdisciplinary innovation.

At the heart of the program is DSU's Academic AI Factory, powered by the NVIDIA AI Computing Stack and NVIDIA DGX Blackwell infrastructure, together with the AI-Enabled AR/VR/XR Center of Excellence. Functioning as a Living Lab, this ecosystem enables students, faculty, researchers, startups, and industry to co-create, prototype, validate, and deploy intelligent solutions using NVIDIA Omniverse, Digital Twins, and immersive technologies to address real-world challenges. Through research, innovation, entrepreneurship, and industry collaboration, the department empowers graduates to create globally competitive technologies, build startups, generate employment, and develop indigenous AI solutions that contribute to Viksit Bharat 2047 and India's emergence as a global leader in deep-tech innovation.
