Women Leadership MDP – Own Your Space
7th March, 2026
Dayananda Sagar University successfully hosted the Women Leadership Masterclass – “Own Your Space: From Fitting In to Standing Out”, bringing together women professionals, leaders, and participants from diverse industries for a day of reflection, dialogue, and leadership development.
The program focused on helping participants build leadership confidence, presence, and strategic voice while navigating complex professional environments. Through leadership stories, interactive exercises, case discussions, and panel conversations, participants explored themes such as leadership identity, influence, visibility, and personal leadership brand.
The sessions were led by Prof. Golda El Khoury, former UN leader and international development expert; Prof. Reshmi Raghavachari, leadership development specialist; and Dr. Pavithra Salankhe, Associate Professor at Dayananda Sagar University. The program concluded with a reflective conversation on leadership journeys with an Industry Leader Ms. Rashmi Mathur (Former MD Goldman Sachs, India) and practical insights on building authentic and impactful leadership.
The MDP created a collaborative space for participants to learn, share experiences, and strengthen their leadership voice, reinforcing the importance of confidence, clarity, and authenticity in today's evolving leadership landscape.
Mastering Case Writing – Management Development Program
31-January, 2026
Dayananda Sagar University recently conducted a Management Development Program titled “Mastering Case Writing,” aimed at introducing faculty members, industry professionals, and researchers to the fundamentals of developing impactful teaching case studies.
The session was led by Prof. G. V. Muralidhara, Professor of Practice and Deputy Director at the SCMS Case Research Centre, who shared his extensive experience as an internationally recognized case author. The program focused on helping participants understand the structure of a good teaching case, identify real-world business situations suitable for case development, and learn how cases can be used effectively in management education and corporate training.
Through interactive discussions and practical insights, participants explored how real organizational challenges and leadership decisions can be transformed into compelling case studies that enhance learning, research, and thought leadership. The session also highlighted opportunities for publishing case studies and contributing to the growing ecosystem of case-based learning.
Idea to Influence – A Brand Narrative Masterclass
Date: 13-December, 2025
Idea to Influence was a one-day Management Development Program conducted by Dayananda Sagar University to explore how powerful ideas and compelling narratives shape successful brands. The masterclass brought together marketing professionals, students, and faculty to understand how brands build influence through storytelling, creativity, and authentic communication.
The program featured sessions by Prof. Jitendranath Patri, who discussed the importance of ideas at the heart of marketing strategy and brand building; Nishant Poddar, CMO – WROGN, who shared practical insights on marketing excellence and building impactful consumer brands; and RJ Rubina Patel from Red FM, who demonstrated the art of storytelling and how voice, emotion, and narrative can create powerful connections with audiences.
Through interactive discussions, real-world examples, and practical reflections, participants explored how ideas evolve into meaningful brand stories that capture imagination and create lasting influence.
