Organizations look for complex, functional and soft human skills in today's vibrant job market. At SCMS, we conduct an in-depth student assessment at the start of the program and help students develop the required skills and competencies through mentorship and training.
Our training modules for students align with the business needs and employer expectations. We have designed our training modules that teach basic life skills, communication, problem- solving, leadership, and decision-making skills. Pre-placement training such as resume writing, group discussion and mock interviews are also conducted. Industry Preparedness Programs are held for 4-5 hours a week wherein industry experts speak to students about the latest practices followed in different domains.

Corporate Real Estate (CRE) refers to the real estate assets that companies own, lease, or manage to support their business operations. It includes office spaces, manufacturing facilities, data centers, retail locations, warehouses, and other properties essential to a company's core business functions. SUPER 50 (PLACEMENT)
As a special and unique initiative, the entire cohort of MBA students across the DSI Group will be assessed on several job-readiness parameters and the top fifty students will be designated as the Super 50.
While all students will be provided extensive training to be prepared for job placements the top fifty students or Super 50 will receive additional training to assist them in striving for higher level placements.
The initiative and process is completely transparent and fair and will be open to MBA (2022 – 2024) and forthcoming batches, where the Super 50 will receive additional placement training.
